NIMBÉ is a fictional brand created for a design study. No product is sold, no payment is taken and no order is fulfilled. What follows describes what happens to the little the demo form does record.

What is collected

Only what you type into the demo form: a name, an email address and an optional message. No photographs, no measurements, no advertising profile.

Purpose and retention

Those details are used solely to answer the message. They are deleted three years after the last exchange, and sooner on request.

Analytics

No advertising cookie and no third-party tracker is set. The site keeps one thing in your own browser: whether you have read the notice, and whether you chose to enter with sound.

Your rights

Access, correction and deletion on written request, sent through the same form.
